Paul Barrett
Splash Communications - CEO

Paul’s career spans over 25 years operating as a client with Mars Confectionery, Ross Foods and the Irish Dairy Board before embracing client services, and marketing consultancy.

He founded The Idea Works in 1986 - a high impact, creative and marketing agency, introducing PR and Crisis Management as an integrated service offer in 1993.

Together with Caroline Hole-Jones, Paul founded Splash Communications in 1996, an Agency focusing on Public Relations but with the capability of providing a broader communications package if needed.
